The process of making tea, can in itself, be a calming ritual. Take your time and stay mindful during the process. Use mindful practices: concentrate on the scooping, pouring and blending, smell the herbs, hear the sounds around you, enjoy the colours of the herbs, the steeping and the waiting. Indulge your taste buds and feel the tea, as it spreads through your stomach and calms your body and mind. These teas smell incredible and taste superb!

Calm Tea Properties

This herbal tea is ideal if you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed – and let’s face it, with the world in 2021 we are all feeling a little bit like this!

Perfect for sitting with a book, or at your desk to write, this herbal tea blend features Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Spearmint and Lavender.

Tasting: Delicately herbal, with floral notes and a fresh, uplifting finish.

How do I use it?

Place one heaped teaspoon of tea per person into a teapot or infuser and brew for 5 – 10 minutes. Use a special pot and cup for an immersive tea experience. For optimum brewing ensure your brewing vessel has a lid or cover. Strain & enjoy!

**Naturopath Notes:

Lemon Balm has shown some activity as a thyroid antagonist. This means if you have low thyroid function or Hashimoto’s thyroiditis this mix is best avoided.
